This hotel is little and fairly clean with awesome location to find good shops and energetic staff. The property provides a helpful service. Besides, guests can park cars in a building. Would like to stay longer for a business trip.

this hotel was high quality and i would come here again. by and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in hanoi, had much fun and met very attentive staff from the operations manger down to the doorman.

This hotel in the center of Old Quarter offers great value for money. The rooms are small but well-appointed, with modern bathrooms and good showers. The staff is attentive and the breakfast included is delicious.

Minor improvements could be made, but overall, all was ok.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The room itself was quite large and nicely appointed.

The view from our window was not very inspiring and the bathroom was a bit cramped. though, our stay was wonderful and made our Christmas holiday unforgettable.

The hotel's location was simply perfect. It was situated right in the center of the bustling city, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounded by a variety of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Being able to explore all these attractions within walking distance was incredibly convenient.

The hotel also offers a variety of facilities and room advantages, such as a well-equipped room with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast that provides plenty of choices.

There were some areas of the hotel that needed improvement, with dinged corners, broken mirrors, and dirty floors under the furniture. Despite this, there are certainly better hotels in the area that offer a comparable experience.
